Server updates (3rd of october)

- Added a JQ system + reward system for it
There's an NPC in FM room 1 who can warp you to JQ maps. There's an NPC at the end of every JQ who gives you one pass. You can gamble the pass at FM room 1.

- Changed the mobs in the summoner.

- Fixed !oxtrue and !oxfalse completely.

- Cleared up a few NPCs

- Added bosses like Pink Bean, Horntail, Zakum, blabla.
Also added warpers for them.

- Fixed + added + removed stuff on @fmnpc


Note to Benny:
Please fix the amount of HP for the monsters in the current summoner for FM rooms. I just noticed this, sorry. Snails have like 700mil hp now. xD my badddd.
